  • Can I order from outisde the UK?
    No problem, additional shipping costs will apply depending on your location and wishes.
  • Do you draw in colour?
    For the same reason many people prefer black and white photographs rather than colour, I have always been a pencil artist and so have very rarely used colour. However there are some options available and we can discuss these during your no obligation consultation.
  • Would I get a discount for ordring more than one picture?
    Yes! Discounts will always be available for more than one commission. Contact me to discuss pricing options.
  • What if I only have bad pictures of the person or thing I want drawn?
    Dont panic! There are many ways to dramitically improve an old, damaged and grainy picture and make it into a great piece of pencil art. Call me for a no obligation consultation and we can go into all the details.
  • I'm not very good with a camera and I don't have any good photographs of my pet, what can I do?"
    Not a problem - for a very reasonable fee, I can come to your location and take the photos myself. Please Note: This only applies to the UK and fees will vary dependant on distance.
  • Do you offer a mounting service?
    Yes! I offer to mount your completed drawing on a 1.5mm card surround in a range of colours. Please Note: At this time I do not offer a framing service.
  • What happens to the pictures I send you?
    The pictures will be used to create your personalised piece of pencil art and will be returned to you when the work is complete. No images will be retained by Kimbell Pencil Art after the transaction is complete. If you wish to send me a picture for the purposes of consultation then this will also be returned to you free of charge or deleted if sent digitally.
